The drawing challenge for this week, hosted by Tammie is 'pollinators'...

  7. Oh gosh, look at those beautiful creatures! :D I keep thinking of keeping an urban bee hive here in the city. We're allowed one as long as it is 15 meters away form neighbouring houses and I think I have that much room. Must seriously take that on as a project and get on with it. So far I only keep mason bees. Hope you're having a lovely weekend.

    1. Bees and butterflies are like little jewels, Renilde. Unfortunately, we've been having trouble keeping the bees alive and have only gotten honey once so far; hoping for better luck this year!

    1. Yes, bees are amazing creatures, and pollinate many of the vegetables we eat, which is one reason it is so important to save them.
