The Face
collage, 5 x 6.25 inches
I find faces endlessly fascinating - the secrets they can hide, yet at
times so telling. Each one is different, and can present such different
messages at different times. I can see why painting portraits could be
so compelling. I had a lot of fun with this one!
“You think you know someone by looking at his face but what can one face say about the thousand thoughts behind those eyes.”

We gain strength, and courage, and confidence by each experience in which we really stop to look fear in the face... we must do that which we think we cannot.
~ Eleanor Roosevelt
