High at Home
This little collage was unexpected, even to me. It was put together pretty randomly, and when I saw the words that peeked out from the little ad there, I had to laugh. I thought it would be perfect for this drawing challenge, hosted by Spiegel-Beeld: The Unexpected. Hop on over there to check out the other artists' links!
Ha, that's brilliant Sharmon! Looks just like at my house...lol. Who doesn't wear lovely heels and a 1950s dress in the kitchen. I'm expecting that naughty baby dinosaur to double around and snaffle that ripe tomato right out of 1950s girl's hand and run away sniggering. Lovely collage and wonderful action. Well done my friend. :D
ReplyDeleteThanks so much, Veronica! This one just makes me laugh!
ReplyDeleteGreat collage and fun too! By the way, would you be interested in posting your art for five days on facebook and nominating five more artists to do the same? I've posted my first day yesterday so I'm busy gathering photos. Hope you like the idea and have the time?
ReplyDeleteMary Ann, thanks for the kind words. thanks also for nominarting me for the face book challenge, but I was already nominated and didn't follow through. Having some health problems and difficulty organizing myself right now.... I appreciate you thinking of me....
DeleteNice fifties collage. It looks if the baby dino lost it's way in time and space:)
ReplyDeleteThanks, Eric... it's an unexpected image even for me....
Deleteles années 50.. je me souviens :))))

ReplyDeleteThanks, Tammie, I did have a lot of fun with this one....
DeleteFunny little statement your created, Sharmon! In the 60's my mom and dad had poker parties with the aunts and uncles. There were a few nights when they, in their pretty shoes and skirts, were a little high themselves.
ReplyDeleteYes, I had lots of fun with this! Thanks so much for visiting, Carole!
