Drawing Challenge: Spring Break


My piece for the drawing challenge has more to with the 'break' part than 'Spring'. I've been thinking lately of travel and exploring unique and far away places where I've never been (which covers just about everywhere).

    your words remembered me of a little game we used to play in our childhood, pointing at a globe, eyes closed and than look where we would go,just and idea maybe ;)
    i do explore my garden in spring , it keeps surprising me, i found a hen's egg beneath a small bush today, i do not have chickens, neither do our neighbours, mystery?!

      That sounds like a fun thing to do as a child - great for the imagination! I explore my garden, too, but haven't found anything so surprising!

    Oh my gosh. Oh my gosh Sharmon! This art piece has me all astir. I love it so much. *hands clapping* here...and it is art I wish I could make.     besides the perennial, naturally, i like the other meaning of rue and find a melancholic bias in your collage. mind travel is a good alternative to our wishes... i should know...

    That's a gorgeous one Sharmon! Makes me think of India. Gosh, it's been ages since I've been there. (like 30 years!) That was one of the most impression making journeys of my young life. Must really make it back there once again. I love to explore to the max. X

    Your wonderful collage is matching what my heart is calling for these days; change, adventures, new places... I kind of feel that every spring, but this year it is a bit more strong and quite loud. We will see where the next months will bring us!
